The hat production process

Hat production generally includes the following processes：

1,Sample workshop

(1) Samples or PPS will be made before production for confirmation.

(3) The sample workshop has relatively high requirements for employees. The design, plate making, cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, ironing, fraying and other processes need to be proficient. Generally, they are selected by skilled workers with many years of experience in hat making, 5-7 days provides customers with high-quality hat samples.

2 Cutting workshop

(1) Cutting: According to the requirements of the order, the workshop personnel select fabrics, color cards, and die cutters, arrange the fabric broaching machine and estimate the number of times the batch of fabrics are cut, and cut them into pieces with a press.

(2) Holes: According to request, choose different models and use the piercing machine to pierce the holes.

(3) Top button fabric: According to request, select the corner fabric to tie out the top button fabric with a top binding machine.

(4) Ironing lining: According to request, choose soft lining, and use ironing machine to attach the cap piece and lining together.

(5) Cloth tape: According to the size of various buckles and the width of the tape, choose the scrap material to cut the cloth with a cloth cutting machine.

3. Sewing workshop

(1) The front side of the tie is aligned with the middle page of the front payment. When facing, the side with shoulder pressing is short on the right side, and the upper right side is the shoulder pressing side.

 (2) The back side of the tie is aligned with the middle page of the post-pay, when the back side is short, the side with the shoulder is short on the left, and the side without the shoulder is on the right.

 (3) Double-needle net, double-page belt choose the same color to open the middle seam and stitch with a sewing machine.
