The LOGO pattern you provide can be in any format, of course, it is best to have AI or PDF format, it will greatly improve the work efficiency of our designers, and ultimately save you time in the design stage.
Q: How long does it take to design a hat?
A: Generally, after confirming the model and providing the detailed LOGO, the design will be completed within 1 working day. Of course, the specific time will also be adjusted according to the difficulty of the style. For details, please contact our salesperson.
Q: Do you want to charge a sample fee? How to get it?
A: For the development samples of our company, in principle, we charge customers a cost of usd35-50 per model. At that time, 2-3 samples will be provided for each model, and the domestic express fee will be included (the international express fee will be the responsibility of the customer). If the order is produced, then we will refund the sample fee. If there is a special process that requires mold opening, the mold opening fee needs to be borne by you. Please rest assured, if your order quantity exceeds the minimum order quantity of 2400 pieces/color, then these proofing fees and mold fees will be fully refunded after the official order is placed.
