A: Yes. We can remake for you or refund money to you if the products has quality problem. Any problem can be negotiated by both parties and a solution can be jointly negotiated. In any case, Leffe Sports will be responsible for product quality to the end.

Q: If we pay the final payment before shipment, how can we ensure the quality?

A: Before delivery, your company can send QC to check the goods, and make payment after confirming that the goods are qualified. And even if we collect the payment, if the customer still finds the quality problem caused by the loafer cap, we will fully cooperate with the customer to solve the problem, and you don't have to worry about our after-sales service.

Q: What standard does your company inspect the products?

A: We will perform finished product inspection in accordance with the AQL2.5 standard. Our quality inspection department has a complete set of advanced inspection equipment, including cloth inspection machine, needle detector, tensile tester, etc. Product quality can be completely assured.
